Shipping & Returns
Our handling time averages 1-2 days before your order is shipped out. Once your item has been shipped we will notify you via email and provide a tracking number.
Due to the nature of our products all sales are deemed final, with the exception of apparel. If you are unsatisfied with an apparel purchase or it does not fit, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving the order.
The following conditions apply to apparel returns:
- You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our facility (unless otherwise noted by staff), but will not be charged for the shipping on the exchanged item
- Shipping charges are not refunded when you return an item
- Items must be unused and in new resellable condition
- We will notify you once we have received the returned item and inspected it to ensure the item is resellable
- Items that have been used will not be accepted and a refund will not be given
- If your item has been approved we will send out your new product or refund your credit card used during the transaction. You should receive the funds within the next couple of days depending on your credit card issuer’s policies. If it is an exchange, we will send out the new product within 2-3 days from when the returned item has been approved.
